Asset Management

Suspending removes data assets that violate platform policies or pose a security risk (e.g., containing malicious information). Instance Admins have the authority to suspend in order to maintain a safe and compliant environment as per the Terms and Conditions of the marketplace instance.

Suspending assets is temporary and can be reinstated once done.

To suspend a data asset:

  1. Log in to Instance Management Portal.
  2. Click on ‘Data Asset’ from the left panel.
  3. Click on the ‘Assets’ tab.
  4. On the ‘Active’ tab, select the data assets to be suspended.
  5. Click ‘Suspend asset(s)’ on the upper right side of the table.
  6. Click ‘Confirm’ in the popup.
  7. Once done, the data asset will move under the ‘Suspended’ tab. This may take a while to complete.

To unsuspend a data asset:

  1. Select the data assets from the ‘Suspended’ tab.
  2. Click ‘Unsuspend asset(s)’.
  3. Confirm and wait until the data asset is back to the ‘Active’ tab.

Note: It will take 30 minutes to reflect changes.
